We collect information as described below to operate our Sites and Services, support gameplay, authenticate users, and comply with legal obligations.

 

Information You Provide to Us

Registration and Account Information. To create an account, you must provide a valid mobile phone number. All accounts on our platform are associated with a verified phone number. Depending on the authentication method you choose, you may provide:

• A username and password. Credentials from a third-party authentication provider (such as Google) or an email address.
• Phone numbers and emails. These are used for account association, authentication, security, fraud prevention, and essential service communications.

• Text input. 
• Transcriptions of voice input (if voice features are enabled).

This information is used to enable gameplay, deliver content, maintain continuity, and support the interactive experience.

You may also provide:

• Feedback. This includes communication between you and Operative Games such as emails in response to your feedback, inquiries, or responses to our surveys.
• Contest participation information. This includes information you may provide when you submit an entry, prove eligibility, or claim a prize for a contest for promotion.
• Account preference information. This includes information such as your contact, communication and marketing preferences.
• Communications. If you contact us directly (for example, for customer support), we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as the content of your message and any contact details included. 
• Payments. If you make a purchase, payment-related information (such as credit card or financial account information) is collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors. We do not store or process full payment card details.
• Job application materials. This includes materials or information you submit to Operative Games as a part of an application for employment, including your CV, professional portfolio, references and other details pertaining to your education and employment.

 

Information We Collect Automatically

SMS and Text Messaging Information. We use third-party telecommunications providers (such as Twilio) to send and receive SMS messages related to account authentication, security alerts, and essential service notifications. In connection with SMS delivery, we may receive and store:

• Phone number 
• Message delivery status 
• Date and time of messages 
• Message content (such as one-time passcodes)

We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages unless you have explicitly opted in. Message frequency is limited to authentication and essential account-related communications. Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

Device and Usage Information. We automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• IP address 
• Browser type 
• Operating system 
• Approximate geographic region (derived from IP address) 
• Pages or features accessed within the Sites and Services 
• Dates and times of access

Alpha and Beta Playtesting. If you play our games during their playtesting phase, we may collect data around your gameplay, such as crash information and disconnects, your IP address, your hardware information, gameplay stats, the version of our game you played, in-game timestamps, clicks, scrolling, browsing times, browsing heatmaps, searches, referral/exit pages, and how you interacted with other players.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We may use cookies or similar technologies to support core functionality, understand usage patterns, and improve the Sites and Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Operative Games may also use reputable third party analytics services such as Google Analytics which place and read their own cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information through our website and landing pages, including to help us with traffic measurement, research, and analytics.

Voice, AI, and Interactive Features

Voice Interactions. If you enable voice-based features: 

• Audio is transmitted in real time for speech-to-text processing. 
• Audio recordings are not permanently stored. 
• Transcribed text may be retained as part of your gameplay history.
• Transcripts are used to support gameplay, continuity, quality assurance, debugging, and customer support.

AI Processing. Gameplay transcripts and inputs may be processed by third-party AI service providers operating under contractual restrictions that prohibit the use of your data for model training or reuse. We do not use user interactions to train or fine-tune AI models.

No Biometric Processing. We do not use voice or video data to identify you, verify your identity, create biometric identifiers, perform voiceprint analysis, or conduct facial recognition.

 

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: 

• Authenticate users and secure accounts 
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Sites and Services 
• Deliver gameplay content and interactive experiences 
• Process transactions 
• Notify you when we make changes to our agreements or Sites and Services
• Provide customer support

Account Access and Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at privacy@operativegames.ai. Upon deletion, your phone number and associated gameplay data will be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention requirements.

SMS Communications. By creating an account, you consent to receiving SMS messages for authentication and essential service-related purposes.

If you opt out of SMS messages, certain authentication methods or features may become unavailable. Because a verified phone number is required for all accounts, opting out of essential SMS messages may limit or prevent access to the Sites and Services.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Cookies. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

California Privacy Rights (CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).
